Bug Description
The bug-link translation algorithm recognizes the word "issue" but it is
unconditionally changed into the word "bug".
Change translation algorithm, so that the original words, and their case is preserved.
Test the bug here:
BUG #934724 is the main issue for implementing translation of bug-links.

* Removed the keyword "issue" because Launchpad does not support it.
* Modified bug-link translation algorithm so that it preserves the keyword
exactly as it was typed. Currently only "bug", but with any case.
