Software Center breaks Ubuntu graphics

Bug Description

After clicking on "Install" button, with 12.04 daily beta. Software center breaks all system graphics. I am using a Sony Vaio VPC"12S1E with Intel 950 compatible card.

It only happens if there is an "icon" jumping to Unity's bar. It does not happen when installing software like "Flash" that does not add an icon to the bar.
