indicator text does not change when the lock key is pressed rapidly

Bug Description
I noticed an obvious (but maybe too obvious) bug on indicator-keylock v 3.0.0-0. It is the same for Caps and Num lock.
Example with Caps lock :
Press Caps lock, the indicator displays : "Caps Lock on", the icon appears in bold face
Wait a few seconds, the indicator vanishes
Press Caps lock again : "Caps lock off", the icon apears in light gray, and vanishes from the status bar.
Now, the same, but faster, so that the indicators does not have time to fade out.
Caps lock : "Caps lock on", black icon
Press again : "Caps lock on", gray icon.
In the last case, the text should be "Caps lock off".

I'm looking into this, but it seems to be a bug in notify-osd or libnotify from what I can tell.
