performance of android with 3.4 kernel on fastmodel is bad

Bug Description

Here is my initial analysis on 4 GB ram i5 processor:

https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/vexpress-rtsm-ics-gcc46-armlt-stable-open/#build=76 booted up after 60 minutes. I see that the load is majorly due to surfaceflinger taking around 80 % of cpu .

https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/vexpress-rtsm-ics-gcc46-armlt-stable-open/#build=37 booted up 13 minutes.Surfaceflinger load is almost 0 % in this case .

Earlysuspend patches were removed from 3.3+ kernels due to which surfaceflinger update would continuously run in userspace running on 3.4 kernel and hence the load was so high.

Temporarily the earlysuspend is brought back into 3.4 kernel till userspace fix is not changed to work well without earlysuspend patches in kernel.

performance is comparable to 3.2 kernel and images now boot up fast :
