http://review.android.git.linaro.org/#change,2077 fixes the problem .

unloading the module with command "rmmod arm-bl-cpufreq" now works .

Awesome! This is causing some tests to behave oddly still for us, and in one case, a bit of confusion with a different bug related to unloading that module. Is this fix already in the builds?

This is not in RC1 build but is part of builds dated after 15/04/2012 . Can you please let us know if you are seeing any regressions.
