$ cd android/binaries/origen/20120324
$ file vendor.tar.bz2
vendor.tar.bz2: bzip2 compressed data, block size = 900k

the file is bzip2 compressed afaics.

What changes do you want to incorporate? 12.03 is released, we aren't
going to change anything without a good reason.

I suppose these changes are because of Android kernel migration from
3.0 to 3.4. There has been quite some changes in the multimedia drivers.
