Bug Description
If a window is still wobbling slightly while the switcher appears or disappears then the entire viewport narrows down to a small rectangle briefly.
This bug would normally be almost invisible, except that bug 999520 makes it much more common now.

Actually this is likely higher importance because a similar bug happens during wall slides, which affects Unity.
