Some NAUTILUS_ACTION_* aren't now seen in menus, such as
NAUTILUS_ACTION_NEW_WINDOW,

> NAUTILUS_ACTION_HELP,

(there seemed to be some changes in nautilus-windows-menus.c, whether the case not sure -
