Bug Description

There's a bug in the script

    BUILDCOUNT=0
    while [ -d ${IBS_RESULT_DIR}/${PROJECT}/${DATE}/${BUILDCOUNT} ]; do
        BUILDCOUNT=`expr ${BUILDCOUNT} + 1`
    done

BUILDNAME="${DATE}-${BUILDCOUNT}"

On failed builds, this will not store a build result, so the count will not increase, but the version used in the lock (and thus returned by getBuildName) will be recorded in the database.
