Bug Description

I ran "bzr dailydeb --no-build recipe.txt", and the source package was prepared (in /tmp/bzr-builder-s36Sqz/) and then immediately deleted!

bzr dailydeb should either error out ("--no-build requires an explicit working directory") or default to assembling into the CWD when using --no-build.
