Bug Description
All file changes in the fast import stream generated by hg-fast-export.py are simple modifications or removes. This means that any recording of renames and copies in the source HG repository is lost in the export process, and therefore the conversion from hg to bzr is unnecessarily lossy.

FWIW I'm inclined to get rid of bzr-fastimport's private copy of hg-fast-export and simply rely on the system one.
