Bug Description
merge-into could have a functionality to merge only selected files into an existing project.
Secenario:
1) target project consist of a general tool box
2) source directories are wher the new scripts are being developed for specific projects requested by clients
3) the final script shall be generalised (no data paths hardcoded etc.)
4) the final script shall be integrated into 1)
