"bzr for git users" page erroneously splits concepts into separate rows

Bug Description

The "concepts" table at http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/migration/en/survival/bzr-for-git-users.html has two entries ("bound branch" and "fast forward") that are each erroneously split into two rows.

For example, in the case of "bound branch", there is a "bound" row then a horizontal rule then a "branch" row.

Looking at lp:bzr-migration-docs/en/survival/bzr-for-git-users.txt I see that there aren't any hyphenated horizontal lines between "bound" and "branch" or "fast" and "forward", but even still the html renders them as separate rows.

I'm not yet familiar enough with Sphinx to fix the issue.

http://sphinx-doc.org/rest.html#rst-tables and the linked http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/ref/rst/restructuredtext.html#simple-tables say "Simple tables (ref) are easier to write, but limited: they must contain more than one row, and the first column cannot contain multiple lines." and "Simple tables allow multi-line rows (in all but the first column)" respectively. I believe that's the problem.
