Will be nice if your plugin provide the command to rebuild the cache.

I thought about this and decided it wasn't required, at least not yet. To rebuild, simply delete the file and run any command that references a non-mainline revision, e.g. log --long.
It's true that a command (e.g. revnocache --delete|--rebuild) would hide the location of the cache. But it would also suggest that deleting it and rebuilding it were things users needed to do, when I think the cache ought to be completely transparent. Sometimes the best UI is no UI. :-)
