Bug Description

I tried to add a pre-commit hook and used urlutils.local_path_from_url to get the branch root but this function doesn't recognize the http+webdav scheme.

I don't know if this should be solved in the plugin anyway.
Any workaround for the time being ?

Sorry, I didn't see exactly what this function was about. It is not designed to handle distant urls.
