Bug Description

Upgraded windows installation using bzr-2.2.0-setup.exe (standalone installer).
Bzr runs but has WARNING:

Gordon, is it all about of deleting rebase plugin while upgrading?

Karsten Sorensen, I think you should uninstall 2.1 before installing
2.2, because there is some internal changes in 2.2 standalone application.

I removed bzr 2.2 using Windows Control Panel - Add/Remove programs - and reinstalled using bzr-2.2.0-setup.exe. Now it works and there is no warning. Thank you.

One should be able to just delete the C:\Program Files\Bazaar\Plugins\rebase directory.
