Bug Description

When I run this command on Centos Linux server:
$ bzr branch lp:inkscape

I get this error:

Used this release of bzr from openfusion and it seems to work: https://centos.pkgs.org/6/openfusion-x86_64/bzr-2.3.0-1.of.el6.x86_64.rpm.html
