Bug Description
I'm trying to create a checkout of a bzr repository and it is failing
with the following error:
PS D:\documents\
D:\repository\
bzr: ERROR (ignored):
'file:/
bzr: ERROR: File exists:
u'D:/documents/
[Error 183] Cannot create a file when that file already exists
l've run break-lock (and there are no abandoned locks), check and
several other commands to see if I can diagnose the problem but I
can't figure it out.
