pqm failure log should be attached as a text file

Bug Description
It would be good if pqm failure log was an attachment (text file) rather than in mail content.
I generally use gmail + Firefox and it just freezes while searching the mail. Copy all + paste into text file doesn't work as FF just dies and saving via gmail saved it as html which i later ran through html2text so that I could use it with vim which was much much easier and responsive.
The text log was ~3.1M and the html was ~3.7M.

Just to add. Thunderbird suffered the same fate as FF as it tried to download the entire message for the preview pane.
