Bug Description
The selftest --strict option is documented as:
--strict Fail on missing dependencies or known failures.
Confusingly, it only changes the return code of the process from 0 to 1, and doesn't change the text output of the test run at all, the run is always reported as "OK" not "FAILED". There is some vestigial code intended to change the output, but since r4659 it has been ignored.
