General ledger: wrong cumulated balance for period after the opening one

Bug Description

Steps:
- Register a 100€ payment received on 2011
- Generate the 2012 opening entry (periodical processing -> end of period -> generate opening entries)
- Register a 100€ payment received on Jan 2012 (01/2012 period)
- Register a 100€ payment recevied on Feb 2012 (02/2012 period)
- Run the general ledger report filtering by periods, selecting from 02/2012 to 02/2012 and by bank account (where you received the payment)
- Initial and cumulated balances are correct. Initial Balance: 200. Cumulated Balance: 300
- Run the general ledger report filtering by periods, selecting from 01/2012 to 01/2012 and by bank account
Get Cumulated Balance = 100
While I can correctly get the initial balance from another report (trial balance on the opening period), however the Cumulated Balance should be 200
