Bug Description

Current situation:
When I select a book in the Annotation Browser and click
- "show in viewer" a book is opened where the former selection was set on a highlight
- "show in calibre" the cursor jump to the book where the former selection was set on a highlight
Even more strange, the former selection is not visible anymore independend wherther the list is expanded or suppressed.

Request to keep the bahaviour when an Annotation is selected.
But when a BOOK is selected:
- "show in viewer" should open a book with its first annotation
- "show in calibre" the cursor should jump to the selected book

I cannot replicate this. Steps I tried:

1) Open annotations browser
2) Choose an annotation
3) Click the "Show in calibre" link
4) Nothing changes in the annotations browser and the calibre main book
list scrolls to the book from which the highlight came, as expected.

Changed in calibre:
status: New → Invalid

you are right, it works as expected when you choose an annotation.
But it does not work when you choose a book.
e.g. when you suppress the view you will only see book title not the underlying annotations.

step 5) in the annotation browser click on a different book as before (click title, not an annotation).
step 6) Click the "Show in calibre" link.
selection is gone and the calibre main book list is still on the former book

step 7) on the calibre main book list select a different book and again click the "Show in calibre" link in the annotation browser.
still no selection visisble in the annotation browser but calibre main book list scrolls to the former book - which is confusing
