Bug Description
I use Calibre to store my music and video collections (as well as ebooks). It would be nice to be able to rename the Author(s) column to Artists(s) and Actor(s) respectively.

Renaming of builtin columns is not supported but you can simply hide the
column and create your own replacement column named whatever you like
via Preferences->Add your own columns
