Bug Description

On rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en/krillin #64 and rc-proposed/meizu.en/arale #56 maliit-server often crashes on boot, introducing a long delay while apport is doing its work.

There doesn't seem to be any impact after boot.

Looking at the dump it seems maliit is aborting because Mir isn't ready yet, so it sounds like the start up scripts need modifying so that maliit-server isn't started until Mir is accepting connections.

I haven't been able to reproduce this myself on boot (only by manually stopping unity8), I notice there was also a bug logged at the same time for unity8 crashes here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity8/+bug/1473471

Does this only occur when unity8 crashes? If so that'd explain why it's failing to make a Mir connection (since this is provided by unity).

marking incomplete, as we can't reproduce it and suspect was being caused by a unity crash.
