Bug Description
If a notification is displayed, it will remain shown until the user has dismissed it or responded.
This bug relates to the fact, that if a green envelope notification is displayed, it will disappear without response from the user, if the phone has been restarted. The problem becomes more apparent, when you have a number applications using notifications and you are unable to retrieve which application has sent a notification, if the phone restarts.
Steps:
Upon receiving a message with a notification, hold start button and restart device.
Notice the notification has disappeared. indicated by no green envelope in the status bar.
What's expected
Upon receiving notification, restart device, notification should still be shown. indicated by green envelope in the status bar.
