README says:

juju deploy ceph-dashboard

When running it, I am seeing:

$ juju deploy ceph-dashboard
ERROR cannot resolve URL "cs:ceph-dashboard": charm or bundle not found

This charm hasn't been promulgated since it's a tech-preview[0], the workaround is:

juju deploy openstack-charmers-ceph-dashboard ceph-dashboard # this will deploy from the charmhub and you will need juju>=2.9

juju deploy cs:~openstack-charmers/ceph-dashboard # this will deploy from the charmstore.
