Bug Description
The Cluster -> Monitoring tab is empty, with an informational message about "To see all active Prometheus alerts, please provide the URL to the API of Prometheus' Alertmanager as described in the documentation.".
It's unknown if this was supported or not with the legacy LMA stack, but either way, there does not appear to be a way to configure this with the COS stack.
