We are missing a procedure how to upgrade:
- mysql-innodb-
- ovn-central

I have done a migration one at a time for mysql-innodb-
For ovn-central I've run a 2 non-leaders paused and starting on the leader, and moving on to non-leaders, one at a time successfully.

I had also opened another lp 2013347 specifically for an upgrade procedure for ovn 20.03 to 22.03. Just leaving this comment here for reference.
