Bug Description

Currently func-smoke will fail on master.

How to reproduce:

cd path/to/mysql-innodb-cluster
git checkout master
git pull
cd src
charm build --no-local-layers --force
cd /tmp/charm-builds/mysql-innodb-cluster
tox -e func-smoke

test will fail with:

keystoneauth1.exceptions.catalog.EndpointNotFound: public endpoint for image service not found

    Switch smoke test back to focal

    Commit c960f2d0 changed the smoke test to be full_model: focal, however
    the focal bundle does not include glance and other services to run the
    full test.

    This patch reverts the change back to use just focal as the
    smoke_bundle.
