Probably best to wrap text at 80 chars.

2) hooks/install

This hook contains alot of configuration; I would probably split install into install and config-changed hooks; that way its possible to change configuration post deployment.

3) README

Tested on EC2 with rack and apache2-passenger charms.

One bug, god process will complain about '/etc/god/email_defaults.god' file being missing on first deployment without e-mail configuration options. So this file probably just needs to be present.

One comment, all the files are marked as executable. Only the hook programs need this flag!
