The hdp-zookeeper fails automated testing

Bug Description
In an effort to improve quality, we are testing all charms in an automated process.

I noticed the failure in hdp-zookeeper has shown up in hdp-hive and hdp-storm results. Fixing this charm would make other tests pass.
I also noticed that the tests/bundles.yaml specifies the charm in asanjar's namespace. This looks incorrect. It be better to deploy the most current version of the hdp-zookeper charm out of the charmers namespace (or big-datacharmers).
