can't set libvirt-image-backend to rbd in nova-compute liberty

Bug Description

I use ceph for cinder and glance. I tried to enable it for nova-compute as well (in liberty). Once I set the config the charm fails with:

2015-11-22 21:14:54 ERROR juju-log FATAL ERROR: Could not determine OpenStack codename for version 12.0.0
2015-11-22 21:14:54 ERROR juju.worker.uniter.operation runhook.go:107 hook "config-changed" failed: exit status 1

If I revert to qcow2 (and retry) the charm finishes correctly.

nova-compute:
 openstack-origin: cloud:trusty-liberty
 enable-live-migration: true
 migration-auth-type: ssh
 enable-resize: true
 libvirt-image-backend: rbd
