Bug Description

Hi

The charm is trying to download Solr from http://mirror.catn.com/pub/apache/lucene/solr/3.6.0/apache-solr-3.6.0.tgz and this file (since old Solr version) is not there anymore.

Maybe simply updating the download link would already be sufficient?

I would really appreciate a quick fix for the Solr charm.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Btw. the other recommended Solr charm (solr-jetty) also fails deploying. There it could not locate a package "phyton shell box" but I could not narrow that issue down more specifically.

According to this link http://mirror.catn.com/pub/apache/lucene/solr/ only version 4.7 and up are available. We should fix this broken link or remove the charm from the store.
