Bug Description

On some systems with Broadcom wireless cards which require the proprietary Broadcom STA driver to function, when the driver is installed the 'soft-block' is on. It is also on when the system reboots. This causes the tests to fail. They should check if the wireless connection is soft-blocked and unblock it before running.

Dammit, I stupidly put the unblock at the *end* of the script, but obviously it needs to be *before* the connection is created! Merge request forthcoming to fix this stupidity
