Bug Description

When NetApp ONTAP Driver on NFS is trying to validate from the glance share to perform a flexclone from the image file throw a exception

WARNING cinder.volume.drivers.netapp.dataontap.nfs_base Unexpected exception while short listing used share.

Forcing cinder to download the image from the glance api instead of cloning.

    NetApp ONTAP NFS driver fail to flexclone glance image.

    When the driver is trying to perform a flexclone from glance is
    making a bad reference to a non-existent methond utils.resolve_hostname
    the correct method is volume_utils.resolve_hostname
