Empty fields should not be printed

Bug Description
Currently, title of field is printed (by write_block function) and then, if field is empty, this is followed by text "Field empty".
I think it would be more useful if such fields were not printed at all.

It seems reasonable to me. I'll marking the priority as "Low" as of now, but it's a real easy change and I think that it will be corrected in the next minor release of Clinica.
