I need to search in this programm patients only with their birth date, visit date or identification number.
Is this possible to implicate?

Yes, I would say that it is possible and it seems a useful feature to me. Nevertheless, this defintely some non trivial changes in the user interface, so I think that will not be implemented before the next release.
