[SRU] ceph 13.2.6

Updated packages uploaded for Cosmic/Disco; note that there are pending security updates for the current ceph version in these two series that are due for release today.

Accepted ceph into disco-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ceph/13.2.6-0ubuntu0.19.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
