Bug Description

Sometimes application windows disappear from all screens and workspaces, being unable to select them or view them at all after that. They seem to get unmapped, but are still visible on the Launcher and switcher and working in the background. Alt+tab is unable to select them. Even tricks with alt+space + Move are unsuccessful.

Attaching xwininfo output in the case of one missing gnome-ternimal window:

Have you got steps to reproduce this or is it completely random?

This would indicate to me that the window is there, but missing its input shape.

Showdesktop mode perhaps?

Tried Ctrl+Super+D to unshow-desktop?

Tried Alt+F7 and then waiving the mouse around to see if the window has just jumped off-screen?
