Bug Description
Problem:
Currently it is possible to set the particle life value up to 1.0, but values higher than 0.9499 make the spawned particles's lifespan so long that no new particles can be spawned anymore and thus the emitters stop following the mouse, destroying the plugin's functionality.
Solution:
Limit particle life to 0.9 (or 0.949).
