Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

In spread/scale mode (alt-shift-up or super-w) it is hard to navigate through windows with the keyboard arrows because maximized windows have no special highlight (non-maximized windows get a drop shadow and their window decoration enter a focused state). The scale plugin is responsible for this action.

Workaround: Use CompizConfig-Settings-Manager to enable Scale Addons and enable "Draw window highlight" or "Window Title" under Appearance.

Can confirm this, need some kind of highlight on by default, not very intuitive at the moment.
