inconsistent URL param name, "resolved-values"

Bug Description

Using 'resolved-values' is inconsistent with the rest of our API: https://github.com/openstack/craton/blob/master/craton/api/v1/schemas.py#L836.

We can simply replace this with "resolved_values" and get what we want.
