Bug Description
The Daisy GUI cannot add nodes to a cluster in deploying baremetal throwing
Error 403 Forbidden There is no cidr in physnet even though cidr values are assigned to data interface

you can use the vxlan to assign the cidr to physnet1
Do not have to change the code of daisycloud-core
