Deploying kolla-ansible sometimes freezes docker

While deploying kolla containers using kolla ansible playbook many a times kolla deployment disables the management interface and the deployment gets stuck deploying that particular container.

docker ps gives
docCannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

After restarting docker using sudo service docker restart machine sometimes freezes and needs a hard reboot and deleting all deployed containers

For eg : When deploying grafana container deployment gets stuck in jumphost,The only way to bring the compute and controller nodes up is manually enabling the management interface and restarting the docker service.
