Bug Description
Maybe we should implement a way to assign team members to a contributor so we can get individualized views of who we've contacted.
With Django Auth and OpenID each person who signs in gets a user account with their LPID as their username. So we get that much for free. We can probably add a ForeignKey entry linked to a Person entry on the user's row in the account database.

lp:~andrewsomething/dat-overview/user-profiles adds a way to get individualized views of who we've contacted. So, I don't know if we need to actually "assign" people. Bumping the importances down to low.
