The license agreement is used when a customer has purchased and installed our adapter card, to detail a liability and support agreement with IBM. The customer runs a configuration script after installing our adapter card, and the script has a "click to accept" agreement based upon the license text.
The source code itself is bound by the apache 2.0 license.
