Thunderbird: UbuntuOne addressbook not usable

Bug Description

After activating 'Sync Contacts' in ubuntu one, a new addressbook appears in thunderbird, but it is not usable:

(thunderbird-bin:4157): libebook-WARNING **: e_book_client_new: Cannot get book from factory: The name org.gnome.evolution.dataserver.AddressBook1 was not provided by any .service files

It turns out, i had to install package evolution-data-server. So maybe thunderbird-couchdb needs this dependency.

I don't use evolution, just thunderbird.

I am unable to sync any Thunderbird contacts with Ubuntu One. I have the "Ubuntu One" folder showing up in the Thunderbird address book, but I am not able to "drag contacts into it" as instructed on the Ubuntu One how-to page.
