Bug Description
I don't know why, but when I try to extend my desktop to external monitor, it works only after I execute "disper -c" two times in a row.
If i try to execute "disper -e" right away (without "disper -c"), for the first time nothing happens, and when I try to execute it for the second time, It seems that X server crashes.
Experimantally I ve found solution: execute "disper -c" two times in a row(for teh first time nothing happens, for the second second display is clones), and then execute "disper -e".
I'm on ubuntu 11.10 64-bit, disper 0.3.0.

I observe something similar: Extending (via disper-indicator btw) consistently only works on the second try. First time around it switches around a bit, but nothing is changed in the end. my X server doesn't crash on the second try, though.
