Bug Description

After having run fine for a while, GNOME Do crashes for me with the following error message:

Unhandled Exception: System.Xml.XmlException: Document element did not appear. Line 2, position 1.
  at Mono.Xml2.XmlTextReader.Read () [0x00000]
  at System.Xml.XmlTextReader.Read () [0x00000]
  at Delicious.Delicious.UpdateBookmarks () [0x00000]

Further up it had complained

Delicious.BookmarksItemSource "Del.icio.us bookmarks" encountered an error in Items: Argument cannot be null.
Parameter name: source.

but it only crashed much later.

Erm, "Importance: Wishlist"? Perhaps "Importance: causes gnome-do crash unless you work around by disabling the delicious plugin, which isn't obvious unless you look at the console" would be more appropriate?

Oh wait, community plugins aren't really your thing, right. In that case I guess wishlist works.

However, it might be worth putting exception handling into gnome-do itself perhaps, such that it doesn't crash the whole application when a plugin has an error.

If delicious plugin is disabled, gnome-do doesen't crash. However in the console is an other warning:

(Do:7259): Pango-CRITICAL **: pango_context_load_font: assertion `pango_font_description_get_family (desc) != NULL' failed

(Do:7259): Pango-CRITICAL **: pango_context_load_font: assertion `pango_font_description_get_family (desc) != NULL' failed

But the program still work.
So I guess, this is an other problem.

Those pango context errors are completely unrelated to the del.icio.us bug.

Confirming; it seems a number of people are hitting this. The fact that this can crash Do is now bug 339184.
