Bug Description
It would nice to be able to have a list of RSS feeds for syndication in the plugins configuration dialog. As in:
Name | Feed link
Ubuntu Planet | http://
From the feeds added to list; an OPML file could be created for the user (instead of doing it by hand) and saved to a file somewhere for the RSS plugin to read from.

This plugin is simply not worth using without the options to:
- Easily add a feed through the configuration dialog, and even better,
- Add a feed through a Do command!
